193 pens required for a legal binding agreement

TckTckTck (http://www.tcktcktck.org/) has adopted a theme that the seeds planted in Cancun will bear fruit in future COP sessions.  Today, I watched them give a pepper plant to Christina Figueres, the Executive Secretary of the UNFCCC.  The moment didn't pass without a plea from tcktcktck for real action on a legally binding agreement, to which Ms. Figueres responded: "My heart is with you. But it will not be written with my pen, but rather 193 countries' pens."
